Refund policy

We have a 30-day general return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above 30-day general return rule, if your order is delivered to any European Union territory, you hold the statutory 14 calendar days withdrawal window to cancel the contract or return goods without providing any reason. This 14-day period starts counting from the delivery date of the last item of your order, weekends and public holidays are fully included and will not shorten the withdrawal period.

How to submit EU withdrawal & return requests
You have two official ways to launch a return or withdrawal request:
1. Log into your customer account page via this link: https://shopify.com/65767178435/account, go to the Orders section to send a self-service return request directly.
2. Send your withdrawal application to our official email: official@wavemakerpump.com.

If you placed your order only with a mobile phone number without a registered email address, you cannot access the customer account link above. You may only submit return requests through the link contained in your SMS order confirmation message.

Return item sending time limit after notification
Once your return/withdrawal application gets approved, you shall send back the merchandise within a reasonable time frame. Goods sent back without prior approved return request will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your own cost. All Return-Related Charges Buyer-Borne Statement
All costs incurred during return and withdrawal procedures shall be fully covered by the buyer, with no reimbursement from our store. These fees include but are not limited to:
- Return handling service fee
- Outbound return shipping cost
- Original standard outbound shipping fee of your initial order
- All applicable taxes on the order (import duty, VAT and other customs levies if applicable)
The original standard shipping fee you paid for your initial order delivery will NOT be refunded together with your product refund.

Refund Process & Fixed Timeline
After we receive and complete full inspection of your returned goods:
1. We will send you formal written notification of refund approval or rejection within 3 working days.
2. If your return is approved, full eligible product funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require extra processing time for fund posting, which is out of our store’s control.
3. If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days after approval notification, please contact us via official@wavemakerpump.com for follow-up support.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items (Not applicable to EU withdrawal rights)
Certain types of items cannot be returned or withdrawn under cooling-off rules:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom personalized products (special tailor-made orders, engraved personalized items)
- Sealed personal care goods once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or compressed gases
- Discount clearance sale items & digital gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
